Privacy

Context Daemon collects the minimum data needed to function and improve. Here's exactly what that means.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics. It's privacy-first, open-source, and doesn't use cookies. No personal data is collected. No cross-site tracking. We see aggregate page views and referral sources — enough to know if anyone is using this, not enough to know who.

Plausible is GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant out of the box. No cookie banner needed. No consent pop-up. That's the point.

The Skill

Context Daemon is a set of Markdown files. It runs inside your existing Claude environment — on your machine, in your context window. It doesn't phone home. It doesn't send telemetry. It doesn't have a server. Your project files (research findings, strategy documents, design systems, PRDs) stay exactly where you put them — in your project folder, on your computer.

We have no access to your project content. Zero.

Tester Data

If you join the test group, we collect your name, email, and the information you provide in the enrollment form. We use this to contact you about the test program. We also collect the project manifest logs you choose to share — these contain stage completion data, not project content.

We don't sell, share, or monetize any data. When the test program ends, we'll delete tester PII unless you ask us to keep it.
